Taldans’ choreographical research using mathematical scores, sequences and repetitions continues with the exploration of unique dynamics of Serialism, which proposed a systematic approach towards form with its atonal structure in 20th century.

Taldans uses the elements of Serialism such as tone, rhythm, and timbre as a source of inspiration. This approach explores the effects of Serialism to the choreographic structure considering the question of how it manipulates the images related to body and movement.

In “Less than no time” the systematic of patterns such as modulation, accumulation and repetition echoes in the landscape of a very known fable, ‘’Red Riding Hood’’. On the contrary to fable, each character, space and situation lines up in a new place without prioritizing and establishing a hierarchical relationship to each other.

What does the story transforms into when the consecutive images are displaced? What are the possibilities of transition from voice to word, from word to movement by using series and sequences?
